5 Year Warranty

At Floor to Ceiling we believe that the service shouldn’t stop when the balance is paid.

We employ a fitting Manager who is there to take care of any niggles or problems that may occur in the first 5 years of ownership.

This service includes all the parts and labour needed to return your furniture to good working order should it fail because of faulty products or faulty workmanship.

You will be pleased to hear that our fitting Manager has many other duties in his day to day role as the need for remedial work is relatively small in proportion to the level of installations we make. In addition to this our company, as is our obligation, carries £2 Million of product liability insurance to ensure our customers are well covered.

Finally we believe that Quality is a state of mind, our aim is to do things right the first time so our customers can get on with enjoying their fitted furniture.
